OPERATIONS & PROJECT COORDINATOR (LIGHTING & ELECTRICAL)

Job Responsibilities


1. Delivery & Client Coordination

  • Deliver lighting products to clients using company-provided vehicle.
  • Issue delivery invoices on-site and obtain client acknowledgement.
  • Communicate with clients to understand lighting needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Assist with simple on-site measurements when required.

2. Site Supervision

  • Oversee foreign workers during lighting installation works.
  • Coordinate installation schedules with clients and workers.
  • Report site progress and assist with basic troubleshooting or simple site checks.

3. Quotation & Documentation

  • Prepare occasional quotations for clients (training provided).
