  • Self-motivated, proactive and person to assist Manager in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.

  • Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.

  • Liaise between customer and management in a team environment to ensure smooth operations.

  • Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within timelines.

  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for despatch of services and reports.

  • Build and maintain strong customer and internal relationship through regular communications.

  • Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.

  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures records for reference purposes.
