Self-motivated, proactive and person to assist Manager in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
Liaise between customer and management in a team environment to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within timelines.
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures for despatch of services and reports.
Build and maintain strong customer and internal relationship through regular communications.
Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures records for reference purposes.
