Job Description

Oversee daily operations at Maharashtras largest authorized e-waste recycling facility. Ensure compliance with CPCB, MPCB, and other regulatory authorities for sustainable waste management. Manage Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) obligations for corporate clients, handling documentation and reporting. Supervise waste collection & reverse logistics operations PAN-India, optimizing transportation and processing. Conduct research on advanced recycling technologies to enhance material recovery rates. Lead a team of 15+ employees and 30+ laborers, ensuring smooth workflow and plant operations. Collaborate with corporate clients, government bodies, and industry stakeholders for business expansion. Drive CSR initiatives, awareness programs, and collection drives to promote sustainable e-waste disposal. Implement process improvements and data-driven decision-making strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
