THE ROLE (Hybrid)
1. Project Management (The Sergeant)

• You will assist in managing our creative team (Designers & Copywriters).
• Traffic Control:
  Ensure every project hits its deadline. You are the one chasing the team, not the other way around.
• Quality Assurance:
  You review every file before it reaches the client. Zero tolerance for typos or alignment errors.

2. Market Intelligence (The Analyst)

• You will own the data operations for our Real Estate division.
• Comps & News:
  You will track NYC build...
