We're building the next generation of fintech and hospitality technology, and our systems, data, and customers need to be protected as we grow. The Operational Resilience Manager will be the person who makes sure our IT and security posture is robust end‑to‑end: from cloud infrastructure to the laptop on every desk.

This role is about real‑world resilience, not box‑ticking. You'll design the frameworks, help implement them, and be close enough to the details to know they work.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it: 

  • Own the operational resilience agenda across Mews FS, ensuring our IT systems are monitored, secure, and ready to withstand incidents and disruption.
  • Secure new and existing systems, making sure that as we adopt new tools and platforms, our risk posture improves rather than drifts.
