Job Type: Full-time (shift between Al-Arez and Beirut)

Le Cedrus is a leading hospitality destination known for exceptional service and top-tier accommodations. We are seeking an experienced Operations & Sales Manager to oversee daily hotel operations while driving revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

•Oversee day-to-day hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Maintain high standards in guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service quality.

• Coordinate with different departments (front office, housekeeping, F&B, etc.) to optimize efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hotel policies.

• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Sales & Business Development:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and occupancy rates.

• Identify and engage with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event organizer.

• Negotiate and finalise contracts for group bookings, corporate stays, and events.

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote hotel services and offers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in hotel operations and sales management.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Experience in corporate sales, events, and hospitality industry operations.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field is preferred.
