Job Description

Jefferies has been expanding its business in Tokyo, and we are now looking for a dedicated person in our Settlement team. Jefferies utilizes Fidessa as the front and middle office system and I-STAR as the back-office system.

Qualification:

  • Minimum years of working experience at settlement team (product is Japan Equities) for Analyst level.
  • Preferably settlement experience in both Japan domestic and offshore. 
  • Must be able to resolve multiple exceptions and queries through to resolution in a time-critical environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to expand learning across business and to grow with the organization.
  • Strong PC skills, particularly Microsoft Office software.
  • Fluent Japanese and Business level English.
