Operations Shift Team lead

We are seeking an experienced and hands‑on Operations Shift Team Leader / Team Coordinator to ensure the smooth, safe and efficient execution of all terminal operations. This role leads day‑to‑day activities including truck operations, drumming, tank cleaning, emergency response and process control, while managing manpower, compliance and customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Terminal Operations
Oversee safe and efficient truck, drumming and tank‑cleaning operations.
Lead troubleshooting, incident investigations and resolution of abnormal observations.
Serve as Site Main Controller (SMC) for after-hours emergencies.
Guide the team in process control, plant recovery and emergency response procedures.
Manage terminal inventory systems and support plant shutdowns, turnarounds and planned maintenance.
Coordinate daily permit‑to‑work and support inspections and maintenance activities.
