Role Overview

You are the primary leader on the ground. Your mission is to coordinate a team of Service Personnel to ensure all physical IT tasks are completed on time while maintaining high standards for safety, documentation, and team conduct.

1. People Management & Leadership

  • Daily Coordination: Assign daily tasks and manage team rosters to ensure full coverage across all shifts.
  • Professional Conduct: Ensure all personnel follow guidelines, wear proper IDs, and behave professionally on-site.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor the speed and quality of work done by the executives.
  • Grievance Handling: Listen to team concerns and resolve internal personnel issues before they escalate.
