We’re looking for an Operations Specialist (Bilingual Spanish) to support a growing landscaping business with deep roots and an operational mindset. This role sits at the center of scheduling, systems, client communication, and internal coordination, ensuring crews, tools, and information are aligned every day.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys solving operational puzzles, working across English and Spanish-speaking teams, and turning software systems into real operational leverage. You will help bring structure to day-to-day operations as the business continues to scale.
