Operations Specialist

Mastercard will provide a dedicated operations professional with 8-10 years of banking experience Settlement and Reconciliation (Operations) Specialist) to be contracted exclusively for the Client for 12 (twelve) months.

The roles and responsibilities of the Settlement and Reconciliation (Operations) Specialist are the following:

• Liaise with the Clients card operations team to set-up settlement process flow for new Mastercard cards;
• Manage daily settlement and transfer of funds;
• Manage reconciliation and investigation of breaks on card related processes;
• Manage postings to clear breaks;
• Support customer credits and communication; and
• Stand ready to support key operational activities handled by the Client and the Mastercard Technical Account Management team, if needed, including:
