Your role

eClear is looking for a highly organized operations professional to become the operational backbone of ourproduct for the Chinese market. You will be the link between our Chinese partners, Leipzig operations hub, and internal teams - ensuring seamless customs clearance operations and exceptional service delivery.

You will own the full operational cycle for cross-border ecommerce starting with customs document preparation and ending with tracking return shipments. You thrive in environments where attention to detail, clear communication across cultures, and independent execution matter every single day.

If you get satisfaction from keeping complex operations running smoothly, think naturally in systems and processes, and can switch effortlessly between Mandarin and English while managing multiple stakeholders - this role offers real ownership and growth potential.
