Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

HR Operations & Administration:

  • Process employee life cycle transactions (onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits) in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
  • Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data privacy and retention policies.
  • Generate offer letters, employment contracts, experience letters, and other HR documentation.
  • Support payroll input processes by ensuring accurate and timely HR data updates.

Employee Support:

  • Respond to employee queries through HR helpdesk channels (email, ticketing systems, chat, etc.).
  • Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and self-service tools.
  • Escalate complex issues to HR Business Partners or Centers of Excellence (CoEs) as required.
