Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Administration:
- Process employee life cycle transactions (onboarding, transfers, promotions, exits) in HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle).
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with data privacy and retention policies.
- Generate offer letters, employment contracts, experience letters, and other HR documentation.
- Support payroll input processes by ensuring accurate and timely HR data updates.
Employee Support:
- Respond to employee queries through HR helpdesk channels (email, ticketing systems, chat, etc.).
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and self-service tools.
- Escalate complex issues to HR Business Partners or Centers of Excellence (CoEs) as required.
