Job Title: Operations Specialist
Location: Nottingham-NG1 - Hybrid working 3 days work from the office and 2 days remote working
Immediate start
Employment type- Fixed term contract for 12 months with possible extensions

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on maintaining consumer and commercial data integrity using client systems and supporting operational tasks to ensure smooth business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update consumer and commercial data within client systems accurately. Good working knowledge of MS Excel is preferred
Manage and execute key client and supplier Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across multiple workstreams.
Respond to operational queries from internal teams, clients, and suppliers promptly and effectively.
