Role Overview
The Operations Specialist is a mid-level to senior, hands-on role responsible for executing and improving the firm’s core operational systems, with a primary focus on financial operations, workflow management, and implementation of strategic initiatives. This role does not manage direct reports but operates with autonomy and authority within defined systems, reporting directly to the Managing Partner.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys owning the work, maintaining strong systems, and turning plans into reality.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Operations (Primary Focus)
- Manage day-to-day financial operations using QuickBooks
- Maintain the general ledger, chart of accounts, and accurate transaction coding
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations
