Operations Specialist (RMA & Warehouse)

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Operations Specialist to support our RMA (Returns & Refurbishment) and Warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-curious, and comfortable working with both physical products and operational systems.

Approximately 85% of the role will focus on RMA and refurbished operations , with the remaining time supporting warehouse activities as needed.
