What will you do?
The Operations Specialist will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and expediting orders from their placement until their arrival at their destination.
How will you do it?
- Responsible for following up and expediting all purchase orders.
- Responsible for creating open order reports to keep sales team updated about arrival dates.
- Responsible for sending bookings and coordination of international freights, this includes orders that ship directly to customers and orders that ship to our own warehouse.
- Responsible for keeping track of all expenses related to the orders.
- Planning of orders and replenishments.
- Keeping track of inventory levels.
- Supporting sales team regarding delivery dates and special requests for direct to customer orders.

- Bachelors Degree in International Relations, Supply Chain, or related.
