Purpose of the role

Operations Support Administrators are customer focused, flexible, proactive and collaborative members of their home team and within any of the teams to which they are deployed. They are required to be quick learners to add value as soon as possible. They provide flexible administrative support, often at peak times, to ensure the timely and accurate processing of any tasks across operational processes, sharing knowledge and looking for improvement opportunities as they move between tasks and team. They support the end-to-end delivery of our International and UK qualifications and assessments.
