Operations & Strategy Manager, Driver Growth LatAm

Overview

The Driver Growth team's mission is to build the engine that powers the supply. As an Operations Manager within the Driver Growth team, you will lead regional efforts to scale our earner base and ensure that we can grow and remain our diverse 4-wheeler driver base. In this role, you will be the architect of our supply growth strategy—diagnosing onboarding bottlenecks, optimizing earner incentives, and delivering solutions to grow our varied Supply base, including Premium products. You will work closely with key regional and cross-functional stakeholders in Central Operations, Global Product, Community Operations, and Marketing.

What The Candidate Will Do
