Controls the day-to-day activity (staffing and operations) of the Sterilization plant. Assuring process and material Flow is efficient and according Quality control regulations,. And Maximizing capacity utilization Ensures the proper systems and resources are in place to meet processing schedules on time and that operation is in compliance with SOP’s, cGMP’s, 21 CFR Part 820, IS , IS and safety procedures ensuring safty first for all operators and team. Coordinates the organizational on dailty tiers by assigning responsibilities, delegating authority to assure execution and selecting, orienting and training direct reports.
