Operations Superintendent

The Operations Superintendent will lead the production area, manage a small group of production supervisors and indirectly coordinate with maintenance, quality, and manufacturing engineering teams. This position requires a strong balance between operational leadership and strategic execution to ensure performance, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.

• Operational Leadership & Production Management – Drive results through disciplined execution of KPIs (OEE, OTD, FTQ, scrap, productivity). Requires experience in Lean Manufacturing and decision-making under dynamic shop-floor conditions.
• Accountability & Ownership – Take full responsibility for outcomes, especially in ambiguous situations. Ensure issues are resolved promptly and decisions are followed through to completion.
