Operations Superintendent

The Operations Superintendent will lead the production area, manage a small group of production supervisors and indirectly coordinate with maintenance, quality, and manufacturing engineering teams. This position requires a strong balance between operational leadership and strategic execution to ensure performance, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.

Operational Leadership & Production Management  
Ability to drive results through disciplined execution of KPIs (OEE, OTD, FTQ, scrap, productivity). The role demands experience in Lean Manufacturing and decision-making under dynamic shop-floor conditions. 

Accountability & Ownership  
Full responsibility for outcomes, especially in ambiguous situations. Candidates must demonstrate strong accountability, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and decisions are followed through to completion.
