Job Description

• This position will coordinate all operation’s supervisors onsite, will create strategies to accomplish all customer needs.
• He or she will work closely to Operation’s Manager focused on achieve safety, quality, and productivity KPIs.
• He or she will support Operation’s Manager to manage all new requirements from FORD VPC customer and FORD Quality department.
• This position will work closely with HR department to create strategies to prevent turnover and absenteeism.
• He or she will be a link between operations and quality and safety department.
