Operations Supervisor

Job Description:
• Cover on ground tours to check on clients and cleaning Agents

• Drives cleaning agents’ team daily to and from their desired clients’ destinations in a safe, timely manner

• Follow up and accomplish all kinds of cleaning jobs and events / festivals jobs from A to Z

• Maintain a good relationship with clients: Meetings, Follow Ups, Resolving Complaints, Spot Checks, etc...

• Set smart schedule of cleaners, and foremen as per required tasks and operational jobs

• Ensure cleaning agents are receiving the right trainings, are well groomed at all times, and operating in a positive manner

• Collect payments from clients and deliver to the corresponding department

• Submit daily / weekly / monthly progress reports

• Be responsible of weekly & monthly inventories

Job Qualifications:



• Holds a Bachelor's Degree

• Good English Skills (Written & Spoken)
