Operations Supervisor

Role Overview:

The Operations Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and effective operation of

the Eden Medical Clinics. This position is responsible for supporting clinic teams, upholding brand and

clinical standards, and driving performance to meet commercial and customer service goals. You will

act as a hands-on Operations Supervisor, working closely with Support Teams and the Head of

Operations to optimise the performance and client experience.
