Job Description

• Sales Coordination with other departments.

• Monitoring Sales process with agents.

• Prepare documents such as representation contracts, booking and reservation form.

• Coordinate property closings, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds.

• Coordinate appointments for site visits.

• Update inventory and other information on CRM and Odoo.

• Handle leads distribution and follow up with sales representative.

• Provide support to the management team within a company's sales department.

• Handling sales and pre-sales coordination.

• Responsibility for project and broker registry documents.

• Handle CRM operations, adding data and information.

• Provide periodical and immediate reports if needed.

• Generate reports, Typing, preparing and collating reports.

• Organize meeting and arrange appointments.

Requirements

Experience not less than 5 years in the same field (Real Estate).

Preferable to be a resident of Sheikh Zayed
