Operations Supervisor

One of Glasgow's most well‑loved Fishmongers is looking for a motivated Operations Supervisor to join the team and learn the ropes alongside the current Operations Manager. You will be working 45 hours per week, Tuesday‑Saturday, with shifts starting at midnight.

Role Overview

As Operations Supervisor, you will play a hands‑on part in the daily running of the business – supporting customer service, sales, logistics and warehouse operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Someone eager to grow into a supervisory role
• Great communication and organisational skills
• A team player who can stay calm and focused under pressure
• Experience in the food or fish industry is helpful but not essential
• A proactive approach and willingness to learn on the job

Salary & Benefits

Salary starting at £33,000 per annum.
