Operations Supervisor

Initial 12-month assignment (w/ a view to permanency after review)

A leading logistics operation is experiencing continued growth and is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to take ownership of daily operations, people leadership and performance outcomes at a high-volume Yatala facility.

This role is ideal for a hands‑on leader who can manage people, resources and processes to deliver safe, efficient and cost‑effective distribution outcomes while meeting customer and operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily warehouse and distribution operations

Conduct toolbox talks and set daily operational priorities

Lead, motivate and performance-manage operational teams

Plan and manage labour, vehicle and equipment requirements

Ensure KPIs, SLAs and safety standards are consistently met

Develop and deliver training plans to build a multi‑skilled workforce
