Responsibilities
- Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes for new drivers, ensuring a smooth and efficient procedure flow.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
- Gather, analyze, and act upon feedback and issues from drivers, continuously improving our operational processes.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact the business, and develop proactive solutions.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as Driver Management, Marketing, Product Management, Special Projects, and Offsite Operations to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the operations team.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in operations, retail, logistics, or service industries.
- Capable of managing both administrative and frontline teams.
