Responsibilities

  • Lead the recruitment and onboarding processes for new drivers, ensuring a smooth and efficient procedure flow.
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies and procedures to optimize operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Gather, analyze, and act upon feedback and issues from drivers, continuously improving our operational processes.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact the business, and develop proactive solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with departments such as Driver Management, Marketing, Product Management, Special Projects, and Offsite Operations to drive cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the operations team.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in operations, retail, logistics, or service industries.
  • Capable of managing both administrative and frontline teams.
