Operations supervisor

Reporting to the Operations Director, the Operations Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations, delivery and distribution of explosive products to our customer. He/she will supervise all employees under his/her responsibilities and manage day-to-day operations in line with employee work schedules and the mine requirements.

Responsabilities

• Supervise teams of employees on rotating 12-hour shifts;
• Ensure compliance with health and safety measures in the workplace and act as a resource person in the event of an incident/accident;
• Act as EPC Canada's representative to our customer;
• Ensure compliance with mine standards and regulations, as well as the transportation of hazardous materials;
•  Day-to-day personnel management (absenteeism, performance, disciplinary, etc.)
