What does the job look like?

Linfox’s Intermodal business unit has a current full time, permanent opportunity for an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our road transport team in Laverton North VIC. As part of this role, you will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in overseeing and managing safety, compliance, toolbox talks, tracking and monitoring interstate deliveries, Yard checks and fleet utilisation. This is a night shift role working Monday to Friday, starting at 9:00pm and finishing at 5:00am. Key areas:

  • Promoting a safety-first culture ensuring commitment to safety, chain of responsibility and quality requirements.

  • Provide operational leadership with responsibility for ensuring service delivery is in line with contractual requirements.
