We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our logistics operation based in our site in Minchinbury, NSW. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for supervising the day-to-day warehouse and freight handling operations, ensuring safe, efficient and on-time dispatch of freight while leading and developing a high-performing team.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating labour, maintaining safety and compliance standards and driving operational excellence across the site.

Some of the day-to-day tasks will include: 

  • Leading, guiding and supporting staff to ensure freight is handled and loaded safely and efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance with weight limits, loading procedures, equipment checks and company operating standards.
  • Ensuring housekeeping standards, storage optimisation, and ongoing site cleanliness expectations.
