Job Description
- Leads a team of heads and operational staff to ensure team objectives are achieved and deadlines are met.
- Ensures sales targets are met by coordinating resources, leading strategy, and providing operational support to the sales team.
- Oversees inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, stock levels, and timely replenishments.
- Supervises collections and payables processes, ensuring accuracy and timely transactions.
- Prepares regular sales performance reports to management.
- Develops and implements operational procedures that align with the company’s vision and goals.
- Promotes a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the department.
Job Requirements
- Graduate of any four‑year course (Business-related field is a plus).
