Job Description

  1. Leads a team of heads and operational staff to ensure team objectives are achieved and deadlines are met.
  2. Ensures sales targets are met by coordinating resources, leading strategy, and providing operational support to the sales team.
  3. Oversees inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, stock levels, and timely replenishments.
  4. Supervises collections and payables processes, ensuring accuracy and timely transactions.
  5. Prepares regular sales performance reports to management.
  6. Develops and implements operational procedures that align with the company’s vision and goals.
  7. Promotes a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the department.

Job Requirements

  1. Graduate of any four‑year course (Business-related field is a plus).
