We’re a dynamic e-commerce business specializing in live selling and high-quality jewelry. As our brand grows, we’re looking for a dedicated supervisor to oversee both our Customer Service Representative (CSR) team, Inventory and our Fulfillment operations.
Role Overview
As the Operations Supervisor, you will be the key point of contact ensuring our CSR team converts live selling “miners” into successful sales, inventory is properly monitored and controlled, and fulfillment runs smoothly. You’ll train and support the team, maintain operational and quality standards, and ensure an excellent customer experience from order to delivery.
