Operations Supervisor

Overview

We are looking for an Operations Supervisor to oversee and optimize operations across multiple branches. You will ensure smooth workflows, high-quality service, staff management, and sales performance while maintaining excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all 9 branches

• Monitor repair and restoration workflows, ensuring timely completion

• Track branch sales performance and help managers meet targets

• Supervise, coach, and evaluate branch managers and staff

• Ensure compliance with company policies and mall regulations

• Address escalated customer concerns and operational issues

• Identify and implement process improvements

Qualifications

• College graduate (any relevant field)
