Qualifications

  • Proven experience in BPO Healthcare for 3 to 5 years
  • Strong knowledge is US healthcare and prior authorization
  • Proven knowledge in ASA, CSAT, AHT
  • Can start ASAP
  • Completed at least 2 years in college
  • People Management
  • Demonstrable analytical skillset
