- Conducting quarterly performance reviews.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in BPO Healthcare for 3 to 5 years
- Strong knowledge is US healthcare and prior authorization
- Proven knowledge in ASA, CSAT, AHT
- Can start ASAP
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- People Management
- Demonstrable analytical skillset
