Operations Supervisor

As an Operations Supervisor at Kellanova, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production and logistics plans, ensuring smooth operations in your assigned area/shift. This position is based at our Grand Rapids plant and requires on-site presence during the night shift of 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM with flexibility for early and late overtime including weekends as needed. You will be leading a dedicated team of hourly employees, focusing on warehouse operations, labor relations, production, site security, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
