Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and their organizations.
• Allocate jobs among material handling workers to efficiently manage material segregation & support hands on as needed.
• Acting as a contact between company and its existing & potential markets. Researching organizations and individuals to identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and their organization.
• Research upcoming market trend & prepare team for successful execution.
• Perform competitor analysis & strategize with key stakeholders to position the organization ahead of competition.
• Checking the quantities of goods in stock. Preparing reports and sales displays.
• Training personnel and helping team members develop their skill.
