Responsible for day-to-day operations of Incoming Inspection and Chemical Removal processes for industrial gas turbine component repairs. Accountable for safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people (SQDCP) performance, driving compliance, productivity, and team development.

+ Lead a team of technicians to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost targets.
+ Ensure full compliance with EHS and quality requirements, especially for chemical handling, storage, PPE use, waste disposal, and incident reporting.
+ Oversee operations and ensure adherence to standard work, work instructions and engineering spec.
+ Troubleshoot equipment/process issues; coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to minimize downtime.
+ Maintain and periodically review risk assessments; conduct layered process review and Gemba walks.
