Based in our SOUTHAVEN, MS location, you will be directly responsible for managing the work in the Operations for the Memphis Distribution Center. You must be able to communicate effectively with leadership, hourly workforce, vendors, and internal as well as external customers. 


In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: 

  • 5+ years’ experience working in a high-volume warehouse receiving environment.
  • Provide support, direction, and leadership through positive interactions with all personnel during daily operations.
  • Optimize output by ensuring employees understand their duties and have the support they need to do the tasks assigned.
  • Mentor and develop team members to align with their career goals.
