Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervises implementation of plans, procedures and policies related to:

• Product receiving and inspection

• Product Storage and Rotation

• Order Selection & Loading

• Product & Personnel Safety

• Off-island distribution & 3rd Party Business Storage

• Assists the Warehouse Manager in the development, establishment and implementation of innovative and cost reduction projects aligned with the company strategic direction.

• Leads departmental meetings to review processes, performance and issues.

• Sees to it that specific organizational objective as well as productivity measures are clearly understood and thoroughly explained to the subordinates.

• Handles capacity and manpower planning.

• Supervises preparation and review of periodic reports as per set requirements and cut-offs.
