Operations Supervisor

Responsible for in-transit truck monitoring, including delivery timeliness control, safety supervision, and exception handling

• Regularly follow up with in-transit drivers via phone calls to ensure on-time delivery and route compliance
• Ability to build, manage, and lead an operations team
• Familiar with logistics processes and transportation management
• Knowledge of booking procedures of major shipping lines
• Capable of monitoring shipping ticket prices, conducting cost control, and supporting performance evaluation
• Strong data analysis skills to support operational decision‑making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above; major in Logistics Management especially vismin trips, Supply Chain Management, or related fields is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or operations management; team management experience is a strong plus
