- Execute the daily production program -Maintain and improve operation processes of an organization through managing teams and equipment. -Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output. -Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility. -Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet operation goals. -Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency. -Organizing training and educational manuals for the operation team. -Assisting in the recruitment and on-boarding of new hires.
Experiência y requisitos
- 3 - 5 years of experience in the field managing a team of 30+ DL Employees. -Lean Manufacturing (Desirable). -Experience in medical product (desirable). -Experience in SQDCI KPI's administration. -Experience with the use of troubleshooting tools.
