As we continue to expand the team in Wellingborough we are seeking two experienced Operations Supervisor to join our warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring efficient business processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.

Do you have experience as a supervisor in strong team leader?

Do you have solid understanding of logistics, materials handling and warehouse management systems?

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations manager in the successful delivery of agreed KPIs, ensuring that the team is achieving operational performance target and seeking to address poor performance in a proactive, structured manner.
