Responsibilities

• Role is in our Customer Operations team overseeing UK tenancy applications. Reviewing information for accuracy, updating statuses.
• Following procedure and rules in processing applications. High level of responsibility.
• Dealing with clients (agents and landlords) typically through email, though occasionally calling (estimate 10-20 short calls a day to acquire necessary information).
• Following up and responding to renters who write into support e.g. missing information or clarifications.
