​An established and growing organisation is seeking an Operations Support Coordinator to join a busy team. This is a key role supporting day-to-day operational accuracy across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring activities are accurately confirmed and processed in a timely manner, helping to maintain smooth operations and high service standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in accuracy and process ownership.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing daily order confirmations accurately and on time

  • Maintaining and updating schedules, including handling zero-value orders and internal transfers

  • Processing goods receipt documentation and ensuring correct allocation
