  • Manage various CRM platforms for collection of customer feedback (Zendesk, Medallia, RateIT)
  • Support quality management and service processes
  • Collect and analyse CRM-related data Design customer interaction that drives customer satisfaction
  • Understand piece pick concept end-to-end process and identify pain points by monitoring and understanding the impact to business and operations
  • Understand compliance process checks and identify pain points from team member, to recommend process streamlining + managing Google log sheet data
  • Facilitate communication with key stakeholders
