Manage various CRM platforms for collection of customer feedback (Zendesk, Medallia, RateIT) Support quality management and service processes Collect and analyse CRM-related data Design customer interaction that drives customer satisfaction Understand piece pick concept end-to-end process and identify pain points by monitoring and understanding the impact to business and operations Understand compliance process checks and identify pain points from team member, to recommend process streamlining + managing Google log sheet data Facilitate communication with key stakeholders
