Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer support in English, Hindi, and Bangla through calls, emails, and other communication channels
  • Handle client billing coordination and bill collection, including follow-ups and basic reconciliation
  • Deliver Level 1 (L1) support and act as a backup support resource when required
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal employees and departments to resolve customer queries and operational issues
  • Liaise with vendors to manage service-related, operational, and support requirements
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reports related to support and billing activities
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
