Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 6.00pm
Salary: Up to $3,160/month
Expected Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 4 months (agency contract)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Governance & Service Excellence function in reviewing and re-categorising enquiries and feedback from the past two to three years received via contact channels such as Infoline and Contact Us platforms
  • Ensure accurate classification and consolidation of data to support clearer reporting and analysis

Requirements

  • Degree qualification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
