As an Operations Support Manager , you will be a part of the leadership team at Northwest Human Service Center and for the Department of Health and Human Services. 

To thrive in this position , you must be a confident, motivated, detail orientated and assertive team player and leader. The Operations Support Manager will assist the Regional Operations Director in planning, scheduling, and structuring of resources to accomplish operations objectives. This position requires a detailed knowledge base in business functions as well as an understanding of how these areas impact the flow of work throughout the departments and organization. This person will assist with on and offboarding staff, supervising the support staff team to include reception, records, fingerprinting, and business office needs.
